THIS IS FOR THE MARATHON YOU HAVE COMING UP OR JUST COMING BACK FROM A INJURY, OR JUST WANT A JUMP ON GETTING IN SHAPE BEFORE JOINING A CLASS. THIS TYPE OF TRAINING IS ALSO DONE IN 30 MIN TIME FRAMES FOR JUST WEIGHT TRAINING.

Body Composition Testing and Meal Planning:
WORKING OUT IS GREAT AND WONDERFUL FOR YOUR BODY, BUT HOW WE LOOK IS 80% NUTRITION, SO THIS IS A GREAT TOOL TO KNOW EXACTLY HOW MUCH YOU NEED TO EAT TO LOOSE BODY FAT OR GAIN MUSCLE. THE APT IS ABOUT 15 MIN AND WE COME UP WITH AN EATING PLAN TO MEET YOUR GOALS. THE TEST GIVES YOU A 2 PAGE REPORT ON YOUR OWN BODY MAKE UP WITH EXCESS FAT, HEALTHLY FAT, MUSCLE AND WATER AS WELL AS YOU BMR (BASE METABOLIC RATE) = NUMBER OF CALORIES YOU BURN AT REST ALL DAY.

Are Your Employees Healthy? I Want To Help!

If you already have a wellness program in place, let me add a simple service to make it even better. If you don’t already have a wellness program, let me help you get started. Either way, it will require very little from you, but offer a lot to your company and employees.
My program, body composition testing, allows employees to re-evaluate their health and fitness goals based on an accurate analysis of their body composition. In about 10 minutes, I can give your employees an evaluation that rejuvenates healthy living. For an employer, this means a healthier and more productive employee.
All I need is a space where I can provide the analysis in private and the opportunity to let your employees know of the service. Again, this is of no cost to your company and is a completely voluntary opportunity for employees. Companies all throughout the NW have been offering this to their employees for over 15 years! They see the benefits of it and I am sure you will, too.
I would also very much like the opportunity to participate in your company’s Health and Benefits fair to better introduce myself to you and your employees.
